Awareness, Breath & Creative Thought

This 75-Hour program is designed to provide and introduction to the philosophy and science of creative thought, and supportive healing modalities including breathwork (rebirthing), sound, water, movement and tantric practice.  While massage and somatic therapy students may opt to take all or part of this program as elective hours, this program is open to the entire community without prerequisites.

Energy Breath & Chakras

Energy, Breath & Chakras is a personal growth program which provides participants with an understanding of the anatomy and physics of energy and practical tools for creating success in all areas of life. Based on the principles of creative thought each Chakra or "energy center" is explored through group dynamics, breathwork, and practical exercises for achieving self awareness, releasing the past and choosing success in relationship to time, abundance, sexuality, creativity, communication, intuition and spirituality.

Rebirthing Practitioner

Rebirthing is a somatic breathwork technique which facilitates gentle emotional release, oxygenates the body and promotes clarity of perception and choice. This program focuses on the history, theory and practice of rebirthing in a variety of formats. Professional coaching is provided for practitioners interested in offering rebirthing sessions of expanding their use of breathwork with other modalities. Emphasis will be placed on facilitating the release of prenatal, birth and developmental trauma.
