110 Hour Energy Mastery Program Schedule:

March 15- June 16 Mondays & Wednesdays 6pm-9pm & select weekends 

Using the frame work of the Chakra System, you will learn to channel your energy in creating your ideal life, discovering your authentic self, fulfilling your heart’s desires and creating a more powerful healing space for others.  This course will provide a safe and loving environment for discovering who you are, letting go of the past, opening your heart and experiencing innocent fun, through breath, sound, touch, movement, music, art and play. You will also learn practical and effective skills to support you in: creating the life you want with time, experiencing professional success and financial abundance, speaking your truth, acting from a place of choice rather than obligation, coming to peace with your past, understanding yourself and others, trusting in the power of your intuition, mastering your creative and sexual life energies and connecting with your divine source.
