Stone Massage, both hot and cold, has become one of the most popular forms of treatments in healing centers and spas.  In addition to the physical and energetic affects that can be achieved with the stones, clients report feeling deeply relaxed and grounded in the present when stones are used in their sessions.  This one day workshop will give you all the knowledge you need to incorporate stones into your current work or make them the focal point of the session and will include: 

 discussion of the healing properties of various kinds of stones

 an overview of different styles of stone massage and their application

 and explanation of the physiological effects of stone therapy

 information on the purchase and use of equipment and supplies

 a demonstration of a complete session protocol

 an opportunity to experience both giving and receiving a therapeutic stone treatment.
