December 14th & 15th 9am-4pm
This class introduces students to the effects of high impact and repetitive trauma on the emotional and energetic bodies. It also addresses the process of evaluating neurological habituation patterns, symptoms of excess (jitsu) and or deficiency (kyo) as well as techniques for releasing trauma and restoring balance to the chakra system, including breathwork and other techniques.
