Kahi Loa is a Light Touch Bodywork course. It is both an energetic and hands on practice. In the old days of Hawaii, all the family participated in Kahi Loa as their regular Healing time. Kahi Loa is an inner navigation, inviting nature's elements; Air, Earth, Fire, Water, Plant, Animal, Ancestors to come be present. Through Kahi Loa teachings we learn to call the elements into the body to activate our greater healing potential. Kahi Loa is about coming into ONENESS with our nature family.
