Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle yet specific process combines superficial and deep drainage of the lymphatic vessels and nodes to boost the immune system and detoxify the body.  Participants in this one-day introduction will cover:

 a review of the anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system 

 a basic sequence for clearing the lymphatic system 

 a discussion of the indications and contraindications

    breathing techniques and self-care for the client

Donna Freaney has practiced Lymphatic Drainage Massage for the over 20 years.  She is a 1987 graduate of Heartwood College of Natural Healing, Garberville, CA. She has been certified by the Vodder School and Chi Nei Tsang Institute and continues to keep updated through various workshops. She has studied in the US as well as Thailand. She currently teaches Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and maintains a private practice in Ventura, CA.
