Sports massage is beneficial and specific to all stages of athletic training, performance, and recovery, and for all levels of athlete. Specialized strokes will increase nourishment to muscle tissues, increase speed of muscle strengthening, relieve pain, improve resolution of edema, and expedite return to normal function. w Maintain physical condition during the off-season

w Warm and ready the athlete for peak performance
