About the event
Structural Thai Bodywork
This 110-hour training program offers a comprehensive exploration of the interplay between traditional Thai Massage and Anatomy Trains. Participants will delve into the ancient wisdom of Thai massage, understanding its principles, techniques, and philosophy, and integrate this knowledge with the modern concept of Anatomy Trains, which emphasizes the interconnectedness of the body's myofascial meridians. Through a blend of theoretical learning, hands-on practice, case studies and clinical applications, students will gain a deep understanding of how these two modalities synergize for holistic well-being in the 21st century.
