Reflexology is the scientific art of applying specific touch techniques to the feet, hands and outer ears. Theory suggests that there is a pressure map of the body that can be skillfully used to promote relaxation and has shown many other health benefits. This class is the prerequisite for Reflexology II: In Depth Foot. SCHEDULE: Sat Nov 14 - 9:00-4:00 (1 Hour Lunch) CEUs: 6 Hours

Unless otherwise noted, elective classes are only open to core program students or certified bodywork professionals in the following fields: massage, occupational therapy, physical therapy.
